PortMark is the freight practice of InMark, an AI automation group. The operating entity sits in Cheyenne, Wyoming (US), with a delivery center in Lahore. This policy covers theportmark.com and the personal data we handle when you write to us, request an audit, or become a client.
If you submit the audit form, we receive exactly what you type: name, company, role, work email, your TMS, a file-volume range, and your message. If you subscribe to the Freight Ops Briefing, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Our servers keep standard logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and uptime. With your consent, we set minimal analytics cookies to see which pages get read. Decline them and the site works exactly the same.
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent lists or run advertising pixels. And client documents never train public AI models — document processing runs on enterprise AI APIs under commercial no-training terms. The rule that protects client files protects your inquiry too.
Shipping documents and TMS data we touch during an engagement are governed by an NDA and a Data Processing Agreement signed before any access. Retention runs on the client’s schedule, and data is purged post-engagement. The full control set is on the Security page and summarized in the DPA.
Inquiry data is handled by our US entity in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Operators at our Lahore delivery center access client systems per-client, under confidentiality terms, on named accounts that are revocable in one click — with an access log kept.
One banner, two buttons. Accept, and we set minimal analytics cookies. Decline, and we set nothing beyond what the site strictly needs to function. No cross-site tracking either way.
Data moves over TLS 1.2+ and is encrypted at rest. Access inside PortMark is least-privilege, and our controls are aligned to the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria.
Inquiry data is kept only while a conversation is live or the law requires it. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — one email, no forms, answered within one US business day.
